After graduating from High School, she went to Culinary School and even though she had a passion for food, she found the professional kitchen lacking. She has since dabbled in everything from acting, singing, writing, and going back to school to become a licensed Cosmetologist. She now works as a Special FX Makeup Artist, and makes silly videos on YouTube.
She always wanted a cooking show just like her "Culinary Hero" Alton Brown. Something silly, yet informative.
The Geeky Spoon started as a geek-inspired cooking show, but has since morphed into a brand name including everything from pranks involving rubber ducks, challenge videos, karaoke adventures, and coming soon, a brand new series of series.

Kai spent many years in the Navy, and ended up stationed in San Diego where he met Amy at Karaoke. (go figure)
Kai and Amy became instant best friends, and fast forward many years later, they decided to move in together, and resurrect The Geeky Spoon with a flare that appealed more to the both of them.
Kai is an amazing singer, actor, writer, and all around hellion.
One of these days Amy is going to catch him singing in the shower and upload the video on YouTube . . . .
